Shipping Conditions


As diverse as our products are, so is their shipping. We have compiled the most important information for you here. Since the shipping of our products is very individual, we cannot give you an exact price list for shipping. If you have any questions, of course you can call us or send us an email and we will be happy to advise you.

  1. What are the shipping costs?

    Our shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the product. Vouchers are shipped free of charge throughout Germany and Europe. As 'products parcel shipping' we count for example pillows, mouse pads, desk pads and alarm clocks. ‚Products truck delivery‘ includes our furniture, beanbags and refrigerators. You will always find the specific delivery costs and times on the product page or in the check-out once you have entered the delivery address.

  2. What is the delivery time?

    The delivery time depends on the type of your product and how extensive the customization process is. Since we only start customizing your product after we receive your order, please calculate at least one week for delivery. For complex and large products, such as refrigerators, the delivery time can be 6-8 weeks. Of course, the delivery time also depends on where you are located. You can find more detailed information about the delivery time on each product.

  3. Are there any customs fees?

    Receiving goods within the EU is duty free, so there are no customs fees. When shipping to a country that is not an EU member state, it is subject to customs duties. We will take care of the customs declaration so that your shipment can pass through customs smoothly. However, customs charges may apply locally. The method of customs clearance and the amount of customs duty depend on the content of the shipment, the value of the goods and the country of origin.

  4. To which countries do we ship?

    We ship worldwide. If you cannot choose your country or you live on an island that is difficult to reach, there may be extra costs for delivery. In that case, just contact us by email at and we will be happy to advise you.

  5. Who are the shipping partners and can I track my shipment?

    We rely on our carefully selected shipping partners, which include DHL, UPS and Kühne + Nagel. Small parcel shipments, such as our pillows and mouse/desk pads are brought to your home with the help of DHL and UPS. Refrigerators, for example, are safely transported to your home by Kühne + Nagel.

    In general, it is important to know that the large products are shipped by truck delivery and thus they are delivered "to the curb". This means that the product will not be brought into your home, but only to the front door. So please make sure that you are at home on the day of delivery and have some helping hands if necessary. Our shipping partner will inform you by phone about the exact delivery time of your product.

    As soon as we hand over your product to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation mail from us. After that, our shipping partner will send you an email with a tracking number, so you can see exactly where your product is at the moment.

  6. Is there a possibility of express shipping?

    We can do express as well. If you want to receive your product extra fast, you are welcome to call us or send us an email and we will make an offer for your express shipping.

  7. Can I change my shipping address?

    Do you want to change the address for a future order? You can easily change your shipping address by logging into your account. If you have already created an account, you can create multiple shipping addresses in it.

    Do you want to correct the address for a completed order? If you have already ordered your product and have not yet received a shipping confirmation from us, you can contact us directly (by mail or phone) and we will register the new address.

    Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. However, if there is a mistake in the address and your product is already in shipping, you can contact us and we will try our best to help you.

  8. Can I cancel my order?

    Since we make your product individually for you, it is not possible to simply cancel your order. In this case, please contact us directly and we will see how far the production of your product has progressed and whether a cancellation is possible.
